We ship all orders exclusively via FedEx Overnight®. Products are shipped Monday-Friday, for delivery Tuesday-Saturday. Should you choose Saturday delivery, please note the additional charge of $20.00 per package.You will be provided via email a FedEx shipping notification with a tracking number if you desire to check the delivery status of your order. Please check with your local FedEx office to be sure you receive next day service in your area, some remote locations DO NOT have this service available. No signature is required upon delivery, but we recommend someone be present at the delivery site to accept and immediately refrigerate your order.

We ship to ALL fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to the U. S. Territories, excluding Guam and the Marshall Islands via next day air. FedEx cannot deliver to U. S. military and post office box addresses such as APO and FPO.

Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery time, so be conscious of the weather conditions around you. Neither The Lobster Pound nor FedEx assumes responsibility for shipping delays caused by local, national or international weather conditions.

Stone Crab Claws are sweet and buttery. They are fully cooked and chilled. All you need to do is crack them and enjoy! If kept chilled in either a fridge or on ice in a cooler, the claws will retain their quality for 3-4 days after receiving them.
